Langdon Stevenson

My background is in industrial design and software development. I provide technical support to Samantha for Chocolate Review and Tava.

I design and build the websites, run the servers, have designed and am building our new factory, machinery and production processes.

I also provide these and other services through my company Linden Row Pty Ltd

Samantha Madell

My background is in agricultural science and anthropology. I have a long-standing interest in tropical food crops, especially cocoa.

Through Tava, I have hands-on experience with all aspects of chocolate manufacturing.
